Grease pumps are used to convey solids-containing fats, especially animal fats squeezed by presses. The grease pump can transport animal grease with a solid content of less than 40%, and has the characteristics of small volume, large transport flow and not easy to block.

The grease pump adopts a centrifugal structure. The grease enters the impeller through the variable cross-section feeding screw at the front end of the pump shaft. The impeller drives the grease in the flow channel between the impellers to make a circular motion. The high pressure moves along the impeller from the middle to the outer edge of the impeller, and flows to the discharge pipe through the volute, so as to meet the transportation requirements of high solid content animal fat.
