The chiller is used to cool down the dried meat and bone meal.


The cold powder machine is composed of a stator, a rotor and a dust collector. The stator is designed as a cylindrical tube with end plates and brackets at both ends, and is equipped with observation holes, which can observe the state of materials in the cold powder machine in real time. The stator is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and the hot air is sucked into the bag-type dust removal system through the centrifugal fan to be discharged, and the cold air enters the cold powder machine to exchange heat with the material, which can reduce the temperature of the material. The rotor is equipped with a stirring arm and a stirring paddle, which are used to lift the product into the flow of cold air. The stirring paddle adopts the assembly form, and the stirring paddle can be adjusted according to the needs to adjust the cooling time of the material. In order to avoid the loss of materials, the dust removal system can prevent the meat and bone meal particles from overflowing the cold powder machine. At the same time, the bag type dust removal system is equipped with an automatic pulse dust removal device, which can remove the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag of the dust collector and improve the efficiency of the dust collector.

Continuously working machine with a cooling principle based on the counter flow of cooling air and hot product.


It consists of a stator and a rotor, the stator and  rotor are made of mild steel


The stator is designed as a cylindrical pipe with end plates and supports at each end.The stator is equipped with sight glasses including cleaning brushes and openings with counter flanges for air intake and outlet.A centrifugal fan installed at the air outlet end extracts the hot air from the CAC through a bag filter,air flow is adjusted by manual throttle.


The rotor consists of a rotor pipe with agitating arms and paddles to lift the product up into the cold air stream. The paddles are adjustable to control the retention time in the cooler.


The rotor is supported by roller bearings at each stator end plate and is driven by an electric motor and a gear box.


The rotor is equipped with agitating arms and paddles lifting the product up into the stator drum where it is cooled by the contact with the air stream that is drawn through the stator by the centrifugal fan.


To avoid loss of product a bag filter is built on to catch minor product particles that would otherwise leave the process with the cooling air. The filter unit is provided with automatic time-controlled pneumatic self-cleaning system, eliminating the risk of blocking the filter bags.
